Situated in the rolling hills of central Texas where the Pedernales River meets Grape Creek, Signor Vineyards is owned and operated by a fifth generation Texas family, continuing heritage of horticulture, farming and ranching.  Our passion is in growing premium varietal fruit and the crafting of exceptional soulful wines each one reflective of the unique terroir from which it comes.  We are honored to share the fruit of our labor with you.

Our Estate Tannat is a true reflection of the unique terroir at Signor Vineyards, offering rich notes of blackberry layered with cocoa, blueberry, black olive, and a touch of oak.

One of my favorite pairings with Albarino is sushi or ceviche.
